OzVoIP.com currently accepts a variety of payment options, including direct bank deposit, cheque, money order, credit card and cash. Due to high bank fees, we are forced to charge a 2% surcharge on Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard credit card transactions and 3% for American Express credit card transactions. All other forms of payment are exempt from fees.

All credit card purchases are processed by the ANZ through our secure Internet gateway hosted by DirectOne Payment solutions. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard, and American Express credit cards. Please be aware that we charge a 2% surcharge on Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard credit card transactions and 3% for American Express credit card transactions in order to help us recoup our merchant fees.
Products purchased from our online store will be shipped as soon as payment has been confirmed (unless otherwise indicated by an 'out of stock' notice for the goods). For direct deposits, this can be up to 2 working days following payment (as determined by the banks). For credit card payments, authorisation is immediate and your goods will be dispatched the following day.
The shipping cost is displayed in your shopping cart and is based on the following calculations. Base shipping cost of $10 for all orders that are shipping to within Australia. International shipping addresses have a 2 Business Day delay on shipping cost quoting. Plus, $4 * the number of items being sent. So for example, if sending 2 items within Australia the Total Shipping cost would be AUD$18.
All goods are shipped by courier (which is overnight to most locations in Australia) and are fully insured unless otherwise requested by the customer (in which case the customer waives liability for products lost or damanged in transit). When ordering, please either use a delivery address which will be attended during the day time, or use a PO box. All courier deliveries must be signed for, and since failed delivery attempts cost us, we reserve the right to charge the purchaser for any failed delivery attempt.Australia Post Express Post (overnight delivery to cities and regional centres Australia wide, with pickup available at your local post office at no extra charge if no one is at at the shipping address to take delivery of the unit) is available upon request - however, Express Post parcels cannot be insured. There is no additional charge for using Express Post.
All International orders are sent via air-mail and insured whenever possible. Please confirm International orders with us prior to ordering for correct shipping charges and delivery estimates.
All prices expressed on this site include 10% GST. This tax is payable on most goods and services in Australia. It is our practice, as required by Australian law, to display all prices inclusive of GST. Non-residents purchasing from this site will not be required to pay GST. If any country other than Australia is selected when viewing the shopping cart, the total will be adjusted (after clicking on Update Totals to show the cost to the consumer without GST.
All products sold are held in stock unless otherwise indicated. Large purchases may be susceptible to a delay while new stock is obtained. In such cases, we will notify you of any delay immediately and provide you with a revised delivery time.
All products come with a warranty against defects or being dead on arrival. All product have a warranty of at least 30 days. Those with longer warranties have this specified on the relevant product page. Customers with products in this category are entitled to either a full refund (minus shipping costs) or a replacement unit.
Please choose carefully! If you want to return a product without defects, simply because you do not like it, or you want something else, you will not be entitled to a refund. You can choose receive store credit equal to the purchase price, less shipping and the greater of a or 15% restocking fee. This credit can either be used to offset the purchase price of another item, or can be held for later use. Products must be returned in their factory reset state, in all the original packaging and must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date in order to receive this credit.
