Many people consider VoIP to be 'just another' phone line. In some respects this is true, but one has to remember that VoIP stands for 'voice over IP'. Faxing over IP, or FoIP, is a different issue and just because you have VoIP, does not mean you can necessarily send faxes over that line. Our FAQ covers this in more detail.

Features

  • * Dedicated incoming fax number in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth or Canberra.

  • * Received faxes are delivered to a nominated email address as a PDF or TIFF attachment.

  • * Install a special Windows printer driver to send faxes from any Windows application.

  • * Send faxes by attaching a file to an email (the following file types can be accepted: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Rich Text, Microsoft PowerPoint, Acrobat PDF, TIFF images, GIF images, JPEG images, PNG images, HTML, Plain text).

  • * Limit who can send faxes by nominating a group of email addresses from which faxes can originate.

  • * Fax broadcasting available.

  • * Service includes the ability to send SMS's by email (individually and broadcasting) for 22c each.

  • Charges

All payments are added to your account to use as credit. A minimum payment of 59.95/annum is required in order to maintain your incoming phone number (this amount is available as credit to use as well).

  • * Faxing is charged per page, and not per minute! Rates start at 15c per page (for many countries including Australia, NZ, USA and UK).

  • * Receiving faxes costs 5c/page (remember, receiving faxes on a normal fax machine is not free - paper, toner, maintainance of the machine, and line rental do cost!)

  • Trial Account

If you would like to set up a trial account which gives you your own incoming fax number, and worth of credit, just let us know.
